Trove Ancoats

The brief was to create a calm space as the mighty Trove grow into their new Ancoats home. Capturing the pared back modest Trove style, while showcasing the quality of their produce and brand.

Working closely with Katy & Marcus at Trove we selected a palette of materials – Jesmonite, oak, hi-macs, metal and various stained plywood – white, clay, taupe.

The modular panel wall system was a starting point, showing the different materials while allowing for the large oak bread shelf, retail shelves and menu pegboard.

The counter tops are made from granite based jesmonite. During the casting process varying amounts of terracotta pigment was added to give the different pink tones.

Likewise the large tables are made from various pigmented jesmonite with oak side details. They sit alongside smaller oak table and oak window sill seats.

We are super chuffed with how its all come together especially after Katy’s beautiful styling. It’s been a pleasure team Trove.

Go visit, treat yourself to their beautiful menu, baked goods and incredible coffee and enjoy the space.
